Orders within the United States can be returned within 7 days of delivery, excluding items subject to final sale listed below, in which refunds are not available.

The following orders on MonthlyEra.com are final sale:

• International orders shipped to destinations outside the United States;
• Custom orders (including engraved or otherwise altered items);
• Items designated final sale;

We do not accept returns or exchanges of any of the above items.

If you wish to return an item that is eligible for return, please contact customerservice@monthlyera.com to initiate the return process. Returns must be authorized by a customer service representative. If your purchase is eligible for return, a customer service representative will provide instructions for return and a return authorization form that must be included with your return shipment. Returns must be shipped within 3 days of your receipt of the return authorization form.

Items must be in original, unworn condition, including original packaging, to be accepted for return. We reserve the right to deny the return in any unqualified condition.

Returns initiated beyond 10 days of receipt of your order, or shipped beyond 3 days of your receipt of a return authorization, will not be accepted.
